Try the following procedure from the ISaGRAF Workbench:

1. Open the "About" dialog box
2. Double click on the ISaGRAF icon with ALT + SHIFT + CTRL pressed
3. Double click one more time on the icon with ALT + SHIFT + CTRL pressed
4. Now close the "About" dialog box

Then, redo three more times the same procedure to see new bitmaps at the place of the ISaGRAF icon in the About box. After three times, it is finished. Close everything from ISaGRAF before doing it again.
